We are looking for only for a small number of NU-FACE dealers in select markets. Territories will be awarded to the people we feel are most capable of growing our business and will represent our company in the most professional way.
The characteristics we are looking for in a NU-FACE dealer are:
- A highly driven person who will put 100% effort into selling and install our products. A drive to succeed in business and to be their own boss.
- A person who communicates well with us and with their customers.
- An attention to detail and a pride in the work they do.
- Reliability. Someone who delivers on what they say they will do and delivers when they say they will do it.
- Honesty. Our dealers are an extension of us. We want to be known for our honesty and expect or dealers to operate their business ethically.
- Proven background in Sales. While cabinet or other home remodeling experience is a plus, successful sales experience is the most important attribute we look for in a distributor.
NU-FACE distributorships would be idea for:
- Persons in a related business such as Kitchen & Bath shops, Countertop manufacturers and installers, Woodworking, closet systems, etc who are looking to add a great line and profit center to their existing business
- People with extensive sales experience, especially in-home sales. In home sales like gutters & siding, carpet & flooring, roofing, etc. Sales ability is the most important asset to possess; everything else can be easily learned.
- Hard working individuals with drive and a great desire to succeed who, because of the economic downturn, find themselves without employment and realize that the best way to prevent this in the future is to be their own boss.
